Cancellation and Refund Policy

In some cases, you may not be able to attend a class and need to cancel. Since these classes are limited in size, you need to cancel in advance so that there is time for another student to fill your spot. To cancel, please send an email to the event organizer; the date/time stamp on the email is used to determine when the cancellation notice was sent.

• Cancellation up to 72 hours before the start of the event qualifies for a 100% refund.
• Cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the event qualifies for a 50% refund.
• There are no refunds within 48 hours of the start of the event.
• Not showing up for the event will result in a forfeiture of your fees.
• The event organizer may, at his or her sole discretion, allow a student to reschedule an event once in case of illness. An email must be sent to the event organizer before the start of the event.
  
  

Payment Options

Not everyone is comfortable paying online. If you want to use an alternate payment method, please contact the event organizer to make arrangements. Your registration, however, is not considered complete until the required payment is received.
